TRI SODIUM PHOSPHATE Specialty Item

DESCRIPTION

TRI SODIUM PHOSPHATE is a free flowing powder used for beer line cleaning, extractor and beer tap cleaning and as a glass wash.

APPLICATION

BEER LINE CLEANING

Use 1/2 cup (100gm) of TRI SODIUM PHOSPHATE to 10 litres of warm water and feed through beer lines.  Allow contact time and thoroughly flush out with warm clean water.

BEER TAP, EXTRACTOR AND LEAD CLEANING

Add 1 cup (200gm) of TRI SODIUM PHOSPHATE to 25 litres of water. Immerse the parts in the solution and soak for 15 to 30 minutes.  Remove and thoroughly rinse with warm clean water.

GLASS WASHING

MACHINE Add 30gm to a beer jug of warm water. Mix thoroughly and add to tank of glass washer. Pour a further jug of warm water into the tank and use the machine as per normal.

MANUAL Add 1/2 cup (100gm) of TRI SODIUM PHOSPHATE to a sink full (10 litres) of warm water.  Soak glasses for 10 minutes. Clean with a brush inside and out and either place in glass washing machine or rinse thoroughly with warm water.

WARNING

Avoid skin and eye contact.

FIRST AID

If poisoning occurs contact a doctor of poisons information centre. PH 13 11 26. If swallowed do not induce vomiting, give milk or water and seek medical advice.  If skin contact does occur remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with water. For eye contact, irrigate with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists seek medical advice.
